In 2015, every Diamond employee will donate to the United Way, either through an automatic payroll deduction or a one-time payment. Diamonds 140 employees raised $24,463, which is a $2,000 increase from the previous year. Diamonds Annual Pledge Drive benefits the United Way of Berks County and the United Way of Southeastern�Pennsylvania. Employees are able to donate to the community impact fund or choose to send their donation to a specific United Way organization.
