Shodair Children's Hospital, Helena, Mont., is the recipient of $30,000 from Montana credit unions' 2014 fundraising efforts, including $12,360 from Trico Community FCU, Helena, with $22 million in assets . The credit union hosted Miss Montana Victoria Valentine, right, during the introduction of "Champion Child" Jordynn Hardman, who will share the Children's Miracle Network Hospital's story throughout the year. Trico Community President/CEO Eddie Black said that roughly $11,000 came from its debit-card program that gave one cent to Shodair for every debit transaction.
