CaptureHanscom AFB, Mass. The Hanscom FCU Charitable Foundation would like to thank members and staff for the success of its recent $10,000 cash raffle. With their support, the Foundation was able to deliver $20,000 in proceeds to the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. Congratulations also go to James Kalinyak of Saco, Maine, who took home the big prize. "Supporting the Coalition has always fit perfectly with our principals as a credit union and with the credit union model," said Hanscom FCU Chairman of the Board Paul Marotta. "We are incredibly proud to have them as a partner through our charitable foundation, and we look forward to many more years of similar good work." The Hanscom FCU Charitable Foundation is a 503c nonprofit organization focused on providing donations, marshaling both human and financial resources and providing assistance where we can do the most good for the community. The Foundation distributes 100% of proceeds received, with nothing deducted for administrative expenses. Hanscom Federal Credit Union, headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., serves 56,362 members across the country and overseas through 17 branches, over 100,000 service centers and surcharge-free ATMs, 24-hour telephone service and a web-based branch.
