St. Anne's Credit Union Bowls for Junior Achievement

JA Bowling groupFALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS - Junior Achievements Annual Bowling Classic took place on Saturday, November 1st, and three teams of St. Annes Credit Union employees were happy to attend and bowl for a good cause.� Junior Achievement is dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through hands-on programs that are taught by volunteers from the community.� Junior Achievement of Southern MA (JASM) mobilized over 100 volunteers to donate 23,000 volunteer hours to local students during the 2013-14 school year, and was able to reach a total of 4,435 kids in Bristol and Plymouth counties.� St. Annes has multiple employees that volunteer their time in local classrooms with JASM, and employees were able to raise over $1,100 for JASMs Bowling Classic this year.� Credit Union employees always have a great time at the JA Bowling Classic and they hope to have even more bowling teams in the upcoming years while they continue to serve local schools through Junior Achievement.
