AMOCO Federal Credit Union Supports Military

CaptureTEXAS CITY, TX - On Thursday, November 6, 2014, AMOCO employees paid their respects to military Veterans during a pre-Veterans Day celebration hosted by the American Legion Riders and Elks Club. Over two dozen wounded service members from the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio were escorted by the American Legion Riders to Galveston Bay. This is the fifth year that the American Legion Riders have made the 225 mile journey to accompany the wounded Veterans on their trip. On Thursday, November 6, the riders along with police officers and state troopers led the Veterans through Kemah and League City for a special ride. AMOCO employees waited outside their Tuscan Lakes Branch with signs and flags to salute the Veterans. AMOCO would like to wish a happy Veterans Day to those who served our country!
