Credit Union Donates $1,000 to Susan G. Komen Foundation

LOWELL, MA Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne DArc Credit Union, is pleased to announce that Kristyn Sullivan of Dracut is the winner of our recent "Win $1,000 for You and a Favorite Charity" promotion. Ms. Sullivan was randomly selected from those who made VISA Credit Card� purchases using their Jeanne DArc Credit Union VISA Credit Card� between August 1st and September 30th.
"We were excited to offer this promotion as it benefits both a member and a charitable institution of the members choice," Mr. Cochran said. "This was a win-win promotion for everyone involved."
Ms. Sullivan selected Susan G. Komen for the Cure, which strives to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering others, ensuring quality care for all, and energizing science to find the cures.
"I was very surprised and excited when I was told I was the winner," said Ms. Sullivan. "I am thrilled to be able to help the Susan G. Komen foundation."
Ms. Sullivan was accompanied by Ryan Tollefson, Event Development Coordinator of the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
"We greatly appreciate this donation from Ms. Sullivan and Jeanne DArc Credit Union to help us continue our efforts to cure breast cancer," Ms. Tollefson said.
