Credit Union Supports Local Business

highmark RC CU Lunch Local2Highmark Federal Credit Union joined other credit unions nationwide in a cash mob aimed at showing support for local businesses. CU Lunch Local, which was celebrated yesterday, October 14, is an event that was created 3 years ago in Michigan to bring awareness to the community of the impact credit unions and local businesses make every day in their communities. Highmark FCU in Rapid City enjoyed lunch from Sabor A Mexico, owned and operated by Ana Munoz. Sabor A Mexico serves authentic traditional Mexican dishes such as tamales, enchiladas, tostadas, fajitas, to only name a few. And the staff in Custer enjoyed lunch from the Buglin Bull, which is owned and operated by Brian and Janet Boyer. The Buglin Bull serves a wide variety of dishes which includes sandwiches, steaks, prime rib, seafood entrees, salads, wraps and homemade pizza.
