Voyage FCU recently donated $200�to Volunteers of America,��to brighten the season for those in need.
When people come through the Volunteers of America doors, they become a part of "the family".� They all come with hopes, desires, and motivation because they want the opportunity to fulfill their dreams and improve their lives and those of their families.� Volunteers of America is there to support them as they reach for their goal.
Even so, for a variety of reasons, Christmas and the holiday season can be a time of sadness and loneliness for the Volunteers of America family members.� For this reason, Voyage Federal Credit Union donated $200 to help brighten the season and renew the hopes that there are people who care and have faith in them.� The donation will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for the Volunteers of America participants.� Their wish lists are simple and consist of shampoo, socks, warm winter coats and puzzles.
