Credit Union Raises Over $2,100 for School Supplies

dupageDuPage Credit Unions Drive, Drop & Donate Event Raises Over $2,100 to Benefit Local Students in Need NAPERVILLE ILDuPage Credit Union would like to thank everyone who participated in its recent Drive, Drop & Donate event. During the fund-raiser, the Credit Union raised $2,175 to be used to purchase backpacks and school supplies for local students in need and be given out during the DuPage Regional Office of Educations Annual Back-to-School Fair on August 6th at the Odeum� in Villa Park. "Were thrilled with the results and had the opportunity to meet so many generous individuals during the event," said Amy Brandt, Vice President of Business Solutions at the Credit Union. "The money raised during the event, put us even closer to our goal of raising $10,000, which in turn, will help 500 students right here in DuPage County. Were so close and our Team is working very hard to make it happen." To date, the Credit Union has raised $9,126 to purchase supplies and backpacks; and will continue to take donations through August 6th.
