uw   Madison, WI UW Credit Union has chosen seven high school seniors to receive $2,000 college scholarships as part of its Community Values Scholarship program. "Our scholarship program finds individuals who share our commitment of making our communities better places to live," said Jaimes Johnson, Director of Community & Campus Relations at UW Credit Union. "The impact these students have had on peoples lives is truly amazing, and were proud to recognize them for all theyve accomplished." The following seven individuals were selected: Selena Campos, Waukesha North High School, completed several charitable acts as president of the LaTEENo 4-H Club, the first Latino 4-H group in Wisconsin. Kelsey Demeny, Green Bay Preble High School, cooked and served weekly meals at an area shelter. Laura Her, La Follette High School, acted as a mentor to new freshmen as a member of the PRIDE program.
