Credit Union Employee Shows Dedication to Community

Emily Farnham Rising Star 2014LOWELL MA� Jeanne DArc Credit Union is pleased to announce that Emily Farnham, Assistant Treasurer-Member Service Manager, of Lowell, has been selected as a "Rising Star" by the Massachusetts Credit Union League. The Massachusetts Credit Union League is the oldest continually operating trade group in the United States. The prestigious "Rising Stars" award was created to recognize young, future leaders in New Englandcredit unions. "Emily Farnham is very deserving of this recognition," said Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne DArc Credit Union. "We are very proud of her efforts both inside and outside of our organization. She truly exemplifies the credit union mission." Emily Farnham, Assistant Treasurer-Member Service Manager, has been with Jeanne DArc Credit Union for nearly 10 years. She joined the Credit Union as a teller, became a Member Service Representative, and was quickly named a Senior Member Service Representative. Emily was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Member Service Center prior to assuming her current position. She is currently pursuing her bachelors degree in business at the New England School of Business and Finance. Emily is also very active in community initiatives, including volunteering as a MoneyStrong for Life Challenge financial education coach, and participating in charity walks for Lowell General Hospital, the American Heart Association, and Lowell Day Nursery.
