Credit Union Raises Funds for Disaster Relief Fund

untitledRapid City, SD - The major snow storm that hit the Rapid City, SD area on Oct. 4 left devastation throughout Western South Dakota, particularly for the ranching community, which experienced tremendous loss of livestock.� The Black Hills Disaster Relief Fund was set up to help, and Highmark Federal Credit Union began accepting donations for this Relief Fund. Now, Highmark FCU is proud to report that the credit union raised $1,500 for this cause.� The credit union held a bake sale on November 15 that raised $680.� In addition, the National Credit Union Foundation made a donation and more funds were donated by generous credit union members.
