Credit Union "Elves" Support Local Food Pantry

HEATH / NEWARK, OH December 20, 2013Hopewell Federal Credit Union (HFCU), offered its support for the Food Pantry Network of Licking County.� The staff hosted an employee food drive during the first week of December and collected non-perishable food items and cash donations.� After only one week, 85 pounds of food as well as $108 was collected.

The HFCU staff demonstrated their generosity during a time of incredible demand at the food pantry.� In 2012, the Food Pantry Network provided more than 2,184,000 pounds of product to residents of Licking County, an increase over 455,000 pounds compared to last years total.
