Credit Union Offering Scholarships and Internships

TEXAS CITY, Texas AMOCO Federal Credit Union is looking for their next 2014 scholarship hopefuls for a chance to win $1000 and an opportunity to intern at AMOCO. AMOCO is fostering our "people helping people" objective by offering the future of our generation not only financial support, but an experience of a lifetime. For more than five years, AMOCO has offered $1,000 scholarships to worthy high school students. However, last year AMOCO also offered a paid internship with the credit union. The internship will provide the students with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the credit union movement and engage in a professional setting. The students will be mentored while they enhance their professional skills and resume. Internships will be provided for the following positions:

• Accounting
• �Communications
• �Compliance
• Culture
• Executive
• Information systems

Applications will be accepted until March 31, 2014. All requirements are listed on the scholarship application.
