Credit Union Supports Girls on the Run

The employees of GCS Credit Union recently presented Girls on the Run with a donation check for $845, according to a press release.
Throughout the year employees of GCS are given the opportunity to wear jeans on Fridays and Saturdays for $20. The funds collected go to a specified charity.
Girls on the Runs mission is to inspire girls in third to eighth grade to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. The program culminates with the girls running a 5k event.
