Credit Union Holds Food for Families Food Drive

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- The Seacoast Food Pantry was one of the many recipients of the Service Credit Union Eighth Annual Food for Families Food Drive. �The contribution comes just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season for needy families in the Seacoast area.
As part of the Service Credit Unions holiday giving campaign, Vice President of Marketing Karen Benedetti along with Portsmouth Branch Manager Zoanne Lucier, Portsmouth In-Store Branch Manager David Long, Pease Branch Manager Michele Saccoccia and Newington In-Store Financial Supervisor Genevieve Currier presented nonperishable items to Seacoast Food Pantry Executive Director Diane Giese. For more than eight consecutive years, Service Credit Union has donated canned goods and other nonperishables during the holiday season.
The credit union members and staff have been contributing to donation boxes in all branches in New Hampshire and one in Falmouth, Ma., since October 21st. The credit union will donate all goods to local food pantries in the immediate vicinity of the local branch.
