Rapid City, S.D.– Black Hills Federal Credit Union (BHFCU) continued its annual $1,000 contribution to the KOTA Care and Share Food Drive again this year.

The food drive directly connects with BHFCU’s mission to aid the underserved and improve the lives of its community members. The KOTA Care and Share Food Drive benefits Church Response, a Rapid City organization providing weekly food to those in need.

“We’re thankful that KOTA brings businesses and individuals in the community together to support Church Response,” said Holli Edwards, Vice President Marketing. “We especially enjoy the community comradery and pooling of resources and skills that make this drive possible year after year.”

BHFCU supports community needs through corporate contributions, employee fundraisers, and donations from members, staff, and community supporters to the Black Hills FCU Charitable Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Established in Rapid City in 1941, Black Hills Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative serving more than 92,000 members. The community-chartered credit union has locations in Rapid City, Custer, Eagle Butte, Hot Springs, Pierre, Sioux Falls, Spearfish, Sturgis, and Wall, South Dakota.
