Affinity Federal Credit Union sponsored a soccer clinic for 75 girls from the Hanover Township Soccer Association. Affinity is the official credit union of Major League Soccers New York Red Bulls, who provided a clinic with professional trainers that catered to each developmental level.
The clinic took place on Allegro Field in Cedar Knolls, and trainers worked with players between the ages of 9 and 14, who were selected to attend the program.
"Our players were delighted to participate in this event and interact with so many superb athletes," said Matt Damico, Hanover Soccer Club board member/director of sponsorships.
According to Cheryl Errico, member experience officer at Affinity Federal Credit Union, "We are thrilled that our partnership with the New York Red Bulls allowed us the opportunity to help the youth of our community to hone their soccer skills and enjoy a great day on the field."

About the New York Red Bulls Academy and Training Programs:
The New York Red Bulls Academy is a cost-free program that aspires to help develop the best talent in the tri-state area. Comprised of four teams, the players train a minimum of three times a week and play a maximum of two games under the supervision of our professional staff. The program is designed to assist dedicated and talented players to reach the highest levels of the game nationally and internationally. Additionally, the New York Red Bulls Training Programs are part of the Red Bulls larger Youth Development system. Each level of player development has been structured to provide extensive support to players, coaches and youth soccer organizations.
