Royal CU Foundation Announces $25K Gift to Local Gallery

STILLWATER, Wis- The Royal Credit Union Foundation (RCU Foundation) made a $25,000 gift dedicated to the renovation and remodel of ArtReach St. Croix’s Stillwater gallery. These upgrades will improve the energy efficiency and usefulness of this historic building.

"With support from Royal Credit Union Foundation and others, ArtReach St. Croix is able to make important improvements to our homebase. With an eye to energy efficiency, we are making our gallery space more welcoming and comfortable,” said Heather Rutledge, Executive Director of ArtReach St. Croix. “The ArtReach St. Croix's Royal Credit Union Foundation gallery changes frequently and is open and free to everyone. I encourage people to visit!"

“The RCU Foundation recognizes that the arts are a vital part of the community, enhancing the quality of life for all,” said John Sackett, RCU Foundation President. “We are proud to support this project that will ensure that ArtReach St. Croix will continue to provide those in the St. Croix valley with a venue to enrich their lives with art.”

The renovations are underway in the ArtReach St. Croix’s Royal Credit Union Foundation Gallery that will create a welcoming space that is comfortable for people and highlights the art displayed. The renovations are scheduled to be completed by May 2023.
