Peach State FCU C.A.R.E.S. Foundation Pledges $10,000 to Trion City High School

Lawrenceville, GA (October 7, 2022) – The Peach State FCU C.A.R.E.S. Foundation recently announced a $10,000 commitment to Trion City High School. The contribution is part of a $20,000 pledge to the Chattooga County school system as part of the credit union’s 60th anniversary celebrations. The donation to Trion County H.S. will offer financial assistance to students furthering their post-secondary education.

This donation reflects Peach State’s continued dedication to the educational system. “Over 60 years ago, Peach State was formed by hard-working educators with a shared vision to provide financial opportunities and solutions to other members of the education community,” said Peach State’s President/CEO, Marshall Boutwell.  “Through the Peach State FCU C.A.R.E.S. Foundation, this principle has flourished into a greater support for an education system that provides students with opportunities to nurture their academic growth”.
