Credit Union Shows Appreciation for Members
September 5, 2013
Fitchburg, MA From mid-July to mid-August, IC held "Summer Member Appreciation Days" every Wednesday where one branch location was designated for each week. A grilled hot dog lunch was available from 11:30-2 p.m., and the branches had giveaways for every one that came in during the day. President & CEO, Tony Emerson said, "this was a fun and engaging event not only for our Members, but for us as well." "It was a great opportunity to meet our Members and have a nice casual conversation."
The first Member Appreciation Day was held in Westminster. Employee Stan Skamarycz, also an icon in the Westminster community, was recognized for not only his unwavering spirit, but also for his efforts in the town where he was appointed the first postmaster.
