As a not-for-profit financial institution, we’re different from a bank because our members are our owners. The credit union’s profits are returned to members in the form of competitive rates, higher investment returns, and fewer fees.

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. — TruMark Financial® Credit Union maintains close ties with local non-profit organizations through its financial literacy and outreach programs. The credit union’s Concern for Community initiative focuses on providing resources to partnering non-profit organizations each month to assist with their client’s needs.

In March, the credit union donated baskets of cleaning supplies and household goods to:

  • A Woman’s Place, Bucks County

  • ACHIEVEability. Philadelphia

  • Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County

  • Family Promise of Montco PA

  • Home of the Sparrow, Chester County

Many of the organizations provide resources for families facing challenging times and offer programs to assist with housing, financial literacy, and food insecurity needs. “Family Promise Montco is so grateful for the relationship that has grown over the years with TruMark Financial. From connecting our program participants to opportunities to engage about financial literacy in a non-threatening space and manner, to donations of cleaning products and personal care items, TruMark Financial has offered wonderful support,” said Devon Lassiter, Case Manager, Family Promise Montco PA.
