Naveo CU Goes Red for American Heart Association

Naveo Credit Union employees dressed in red for Go Red for Women and Heart Health Day on Friday, February 4. Together the team raised $200 for the American Heart Association. As part of the fundraiser, the team shared sleep tips, recipes and easy exercises that promote heart health. The event allowed Naveo employees to learn more about heart health and how unhealthy habits take a toll both mentally and physically.
