Pierre, SD Oahe Federal Credit Union received some great kudos recently from a very pleased member.
Lennis M. Axdahl, Oahe FCU Member and Manager of SD Property Management in Pierre, SD was looking for a short term loan to make an interest payment on a construction loan until it got rolled over into their mortgage loan.� The loan was only needed for about 10 days, and the money was needed by the very next day.
Lennis was surprised that she was able to complete the paperwork, and with the help of MSR Stephanie Bilbo, have the loan approved and received on the very same day she had initially contacted the credit union.
Ms. Axdahl immediately wrote to Stephanie to express her thanks.� "Once again, I want to thank you and Dawn for your assistance yesterday. It is such a wonderful thing to have a great relationship with our credit union. I always feel like a special customer whenever I deal with anyone at OFCU!" said Axdahl.
Dawn Van Ash, Manager of Oahe FCU says "Its not every day we get it in writing how much people love us!� The effort is always there, but its very nice to have it acknowledged in such glowing terms".
