LEAGUE CITY, Texas - AMOCO Federal Credit Unions campaign is coming to an end; December 31, 2013 will be the last day for you to donate to Together We Can Do Good, to raise money to make a positive difference in the Galveston County Community. amocoAMOCO exists because of our members and we want to give back to our community. Please help us with our campaign by financing a loan with AMOCO that will be partially donated to local non-profit organizations. In 2010 AMOCO launched their Together We Can Do Good campaign and raised over $70,000 for five local food pantries within two years. With all the success, AMOCO decided to make a bigger impact and take on more non-profit organizations. Today we are helping out over 30 Select Partner organizations that will consequentially have a greater benefit to our community! Service to our members is not just another promise we give but an attitude and commitment to not only benefit you but the others that are also living amongst us. Now is the time! It has come down to last six months of our campaign and we need your help, Galveston County. AMOCO pledges to donate 1% of new financed loans with AMOCO to our participating organizations! Take a look at our website www.candogood.org to find out more information on how to get involved, what loans qualify and come see who our beneficiaries are. Although, this campaign is coming to an end, it will not be the last of Together We Can Do Good, keep an eye out for future endeavors. We want our members to feel the L.U.V.E when they experience AMOCO, and we want to spread our L.U.V.E to the community. So, please join us in our campaign because "Together We Can Do Good!"
