Fresno, CA – December 3, 2021 – Educational Employees Credit Union (EECU) based in Fresno, CA, and the Tulare County Office of Education recently honored outstanding educators and school staff.
Beth Dooley, EECU president and CEO, said the credit union is proud to sponsor the awards and congratulated the winners, finalists and nominees.
“These extraordinary people represent the best of the education profession.” Dooley said. “We are proud to be part of this event to shine a spotlight on their achievements, talents and dedication.”
The winners were Manuela Silveira, Teacher of the Year; Jeff Lemos, Employee of the Year; and Michael Akins, Administrator/Manager of the Year.
The Tulare County program is one of five annual county events sponsored by EECU that honors outstanding educators and school staff. EECU serves 12 Central California counties and has 19 branches and more than 334,000 members.
The Tulare County winners were Manuela Silveira, Jeff Lemos and Michael Akins.
