NuMark CU CEO Recognized for Exemplifying "People Helping People" Philosophy

November 2021 – Joliet, IL. Each year, the Illinois Credit Union League hosts its Annual Convention, which is a celebration of credit unions and those who live the “people helping people” philosophy. This year, one of NuMark’s own has been selected to receive the Leadership Award.

NuMark Credit Union is excited to announce that their former President and CEO, Ann M. Dubie, has been recognized by the Illinois Credit Union League for her many years of leadership to the credit union movement.

Ann M. Dubie dedicated her 40-year career to credit unions, and for half of that time, she was the President and CEO of NuMark. Under her leadership, NuMark built a strong capital ratio, grew to over $500 million in assets and has won countless state and national awards such as the Dora Maxell Community Service Award and Desjardins Financial Literacy Award. Dubie shared her passion for making a difference and enriching the communities that NuMark serves.

As one of the first Illinois contributors to the national Credit Union Awareness Campaign, Dubie believes in the credit union difference. She recognizes that credit unions should not be one of the best-kept financial secrets. Credit Unions are member-owned, not-for-profit and dedicated to serving their members. That focus helps credit unions make the world a better place.
