America First Credit Union Kicks Off Virtual Food Drive with $15,000 Goal

Virtual food drive hosted by AFCU hopes to donate more than 90,000 meals to local foodbank!
As part of its 17th annual food drive, America First Credit Union (AFCU) is working to collect more than $15,000 in monetary donations to give back to local food banks in its communities. The America First Charitable Foundation will match all donations up to $15,000 which could result in more than 90,000 meals provided to community members in need. Through October 30, community members, including America First staff, can donate money online, the credit union mobile app and at any of its 120 locations. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the credit union shifted its annual food drive for the past two years to a virtual platform. Interested donors may deposit to the following bank account 5502281 or transfer online/mobile app using the same account number and the last name “AFCU”. All monetary donations collected in Utah, Nevada, Idaho and Arizona will be donated to the Utah Food Bank, Three Square Food Bank, Idaho Food Bank and United Food Bank.
People can donate money online, mobile app and in any America First Credit Union branch location from September 7 – October 30.
