Payday Comes Early for Members of TruWest� Credit Union

TEMPE, Ariz. – There are many benefits to using direct deposit including convenience and eliminating the risk of lost or stolen checks. Now, members of TruWest® Credit Union will have another benefit of setting up recurring direct deposits – getting the funds up to two days early at no charge.
Starting in July, TruWest Credit Union announced that members will have access to the funds one to two days early and for some, it could be even earlier.
“Serving and putting our members needs first is one of our top priorities,” said Gary Bernard, Executive Vice President of Operations at TruWest Credit Union. “Being able to expedite funds into members’ checking accounts is a major benefit we are happy to provide. We hope this alleviates gaps in funds and encourages more people to use the direct deposit service.”
TruWest members can easily set up direct deposit straight into two of the credit union’s checking accounts – Cash Back Checking or High Yield Checking. Both offer different types of rewards, based on their account balance levels. Neither has a monthly service fee, both can be accessed at 30,000 free ATMs, offers mobile card manager for debit cards, and have easy to use online and mobile banking.
