Credit Union Shows Appreciation for Members

graftonRecognizing the value of its members is second nature to Grafton Suburban Credit Union (GSCU).� GSCU is showing its members how very much they are appreciated with Member Appreciation Month. "We are holding a celebration during the entire month of August to show our members how important they are to us," said Kelly Benoit, Assistant Vice President of Retail Services. here will be free coffee and doughnuts in the lobby every Saturday during all of August. Special promotions and events will be offered each week throughout August, and on Wednesday, August 14, the Credit Union will host a Family Fun Day from 11:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. "Stop by GSCU and have a little fun on us!� There will be free give-a-ways throughout the day along with light refreshments and fun games," Benoit continued. Other special members appreciation promotions include:
  • �Anyone who opens a checking account (excluding Student Advantage Checking) during the week of August 5 through August 10 will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a 46" LCD TV.
  • �Anyone who applies for an auto loan during the week of August 19 through 24 will be entered for a chance to win a $250 gas card.� Auto loans must be approved and closed by August 31 to qualify.
  • On August 22, any new member who opens a new checking and savings account will receive a $25 credit to their savings account.
  • Kids Week will be celebrated August 26 - August 31.� Various games and contests will be held all week long for GSCUs younger members who stop by the Credit Union.
  • Anyone who qualifies for and opens a Student Advantage Checking Account during the month of August will be entered to win an iPad mini.
"There will also be surprise giveaways throughout the month," Benoit said. "Its our way of saying thank you for being a part of GSCUs family." Grafton Suburban is a $125 million credit union serving 11,000 members in Worcester and MiddlesexCounties.
