Skyward CU Announces Scholarships

The Skyward Credit Union Aim Higher Scholarship was developed to encourage and support higher education for members of Skyward Credit Union. Applicants were anonymously selected based on community involvement and short essays.

Skyward Credit Union is pleased to announce the winners of the Aim Higher Scholarships for the 2024-2025 school year. Six undergraduate applicants were selected by a committee from a large pool of applications. Each winner will receive an award of $1,000 to support their education.

2024 Aim Higher Scholarship Recipients

· Langley Barger is studying Biology at Bethel College

· Johnathan Blackman is studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Kansas

· Ryan Hoverson is studying Kinesiology/Integrative Physiology at Kansas State University

· Sophia Randle is studying Fine Arts/ Graphic Design at Arcadia University

· Iya Wakil is studying Biochemistry and Economics at Barnard College of Columbia University

· Myra Wilmoth is studying Cinema/Film Industry at Oral Roberts University
